Teaser Tuesdays #102

Teaser Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by Should Be Reading.

• Grab your current read
• Open to a random page
• Share two (2) “teaser” sentences from somewhere on that page
BE CAREFUL NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (make sure that what you share doesn’t give too much away! You don’t want to ruin the book for others!)
• Share the title & author, too, so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

   'Yes.'
   'Investigation--'
   'I heard that part.'
'And--' her chin went up, '--a suitor.' "

Pride and Pleasure by Sylvia Day

I bought this book years ago when there was still a Borders *tear*. I remember it caught my attention because the title reminded me of Pride and Prejudice (though it appears that it has nothing to do with the classic) and it was written by one of my favorite romance/erotica authors, Sylvia Day. I am thrilled that I have finally started to give it attention when it has been dusting away on my shelf.

Clarity by B.L. Wilde

Eek! I am so excited to read Oliver's point-of-view. It was quite a delight when the author contacted me about reviewing this novella. It's book 3.5 from the Seductors Series. Expect my review soon :)

What is your teaser?

  1. I am not sure that falling in love is something any of us bargain for. Nice tease! At least she is blunt about needing a suitor.

  4. Great teasers. Looks like a fun read. Thanks for your comment. I probably wouldn't have known that my teasers didn't show up otherwise. Think I fixed it now. I'm pretty sure I have a virus on my computer that's making blogger act up and not always save. Anyway, thanks again! Happy Tuesday! :D
