My To-Be Read List is hosted by Michelle @ Because Reading. Each month you pick three books on your TBR list and people vote on the one you should read that month. What a great way to get me to read more from my pile, right?
Okay...I skipped March. Yup. I had to. There was too much on my plate for me to enjoy any reading. Besides, I had two previous TBR monthly books to finish. And guess what? I was able to finish them during Spring Break!!! Woop woop!!!

Now guess what's coming up in my area? LA Times' Festival of Books!!!!!
I absolutely love this festival! Because I attend every year, I tend to accumulate a few books to my collection. So this month's voting theme is FoB's books!
Please help me decide which FoB book I should read next:
This is one of my oldest FoB books that I own and have not read yet. This book is about a girl named Elyse who ages slowly and has the power to heal. Why? Because she is a descendant of a Greek god.
As I was waiting in line to get a book signed by Neal Shusterman two years ago, I was listening to a panel that included the author of this book. Katie Alender read excerpts from Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer and I thought it was hilarious! I had to get the book.
I bought this book last year and got it signed by the author. I've never read any books by Marie Lu but I've heard great things about them. I honestly don't have any idea of what this one is about so it will be a surprise! :)
I voted for Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer as I always wanted to read that one. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the vote!
DeleteI read Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer earlier this year and liked it!! It's a fun, fast read. Here's a link to my review of Marie Antoinette, Serial Killer:

ReplyDeleteOooh...okay! I still don't know what it's about but I'll be looking forward to it if it wins. :)
DeleteI'm voting for Legend because I enjoyed it a lot. Hope you like it if it wins. Hope you enjoy whatever ends up winning too.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Ani!
DeleteI won't be able to go to the L.A. Timest Festival of Books this year. I'm so bummed. :-( Hopefully next year. I hope you have a good time!
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy whichever wins!

DeleteI voted for Legend. I thought it was a pretty good read. I haven't read the last book yet but I liked the first two.
ReplyDeleteI chose Marie Antoinette because it sounds like my cuppa tea! I should have skipped March too, I knew it would be a busy month for me and I wasn't able to get to my TBR read. :/
