Friday Posts, 3/28/14

This hop is hosted by Billy over at Ramblings of a Coffee Addicted Writer. Every week bloggers answer a question and then visit other blogs that are participating.  This week's question is from Silver's Reviews:

What are some of your favorite book blogs?

A: Here are just a few: Wall-to-Wall Books (inspired me to start my own blog), A Night's Dream of Books (the partner when it comes to special book events), Reading is Fun Again (newest blog that I encountered and love visiting), and The Book Rat (awesome blogger and vlogger).

Book Beginnings on Friday is hosted by Rose City Reader and The Friday 56 is hosted at Freda's Voice.

 Ruby Holler by Sharon Creech

The beginning: "Dallas leaned far out of the window, his eyes fixed on a bird flying lazily in the distance."

Page 56: "I'm too old to be teaching kids how to do this stuff, he thought. I did this all before with my own kids."

Reading this children's book with a group of my students. So far it's a delightful read. My students are really enjoying this book.

    2. Hey if you do read that series make sure you read Wakefield first then Tunnelville. There are two more books coming out in that series. They are really good.

  5. Isn't it wonderful to have someone inspire you to start your blog? Kathy of Bermudaonion was my encouragement.

My answer doesn't name anyone specific except ONE blog, and the answer keeps me out of hot water. :) Did that make you curious? :)

    Have a wonderful weekend.

    Happy Hopping!!
