My Thoughts: It has been a while since I've have read a time travel story. I am glad to have been introduced to this series because it was a good one! The first book, Yesterday, was a great introduction to Hannah's life.
The story started off with a big bang. The reader immediately becomes hooked into what is going on in the story. Things got even more interesting after learning that Hannah somehow traveled to past to save four people's lives and met the man of her dreams. I found myself wondering how things were going to workout for her and Seth. I was also fascinated on how easily Hannah time traveled to the past yet when she returned to the present, she suffered horrible side effects. The story also ended with a cliffhanger that immediately got my heart pumping and had me ready for the second book.
To sum up, I found this book to be fascinating. I liked the time travel aspect and I enjoyed Hannah's character. I give it:
My Thoughts: Oh my goodness! This was so good! It was better than the first one. I found myself holding onto my Nook every moment as I read through the pages.
In this second installment, we came to learn the truth behind Hannah's identity. The story started off immediately after the first book. Seth and Hannah have both been transported to the past during the time Hannah's mom was giving birth. Hannah came to learn something shocking, which lead her to search for answers about herself. This book was full of surprising twists that had me wondering how everything was going to be tied together or simply end. Unlike the first book, this one does not end with a cliffhanger but ends with a happy note.
I greatly enjoyed reading this one. I am highly looking forward to the rest of the series. I give it:
